Please read these terms carefully before booking your travel with Andaman Waves. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Introduction

Welcome to Andaman Waves. By using our services, booking a trip, or visiting our website, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before making any bookings.

2. Booking and Reservations

  • All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
  • Reservations can be made via website, phone, or email.
  • Confirmed bookings are valid only after payment as per the package.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or modify bookings due to unforeseen circumstances or safety concerns.

3. Payments

  • Full or partial payments are required depending on the selected package.
  • Payment methods: online transfer, credit/debit card, UPI, or as specified in invoice.
  • All bank charges, transaction fees, or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation by the customer must be notified in writing or via email. Refunds are subject to the following:

  • More than 30 days before travel: 80% refund (after processing fees).
  • 15–30 days before travel: 50% refund.
  • Less than 15 days before travel: No refund.
  • Refunds for partially used services (hotel, cab, or cruise) will depend on service providers.

5. Changes to Itinerary

Andaman Waves reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the itinerary due to force majeure, operational requirements, or safety reasons. Customers will be informed promptly, and alternative arrangements will be offered wherever possible.

6. Travel Documents and Identification

  • Customers are responsible for carrying valid identification (passport, voter ID, or Aadhaar for Indian nationals).
  • Visa, travel permits, or other required documents are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Liability

Andaman Waves acts as an intermediary between customers and service providers. While we strive to provide excellent service, we are not liable for accidents, delays, cancellations, or other incidents caused by airlines, hotels, ferries, or other third-party providers.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from bookings or services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Port Blair, Andaman and Nicobar Islands.
